Review: Neo Elite 9 Inch Dual Density Silicone Dildo by Blush Novelties

Let me spoil this entire review in the first paragraph. Are you looking for a plush, super girthy, body-safe, semi-realistic dildo on a budget? You’ve found it. You’ll have a hard time finding a better deal than the Neo Elite 9 Inch Dual Density Dildo.

I can’t believe Blush has this thing priced under $50. The comparatively sized Vixskin Maverick Dual Density is over $120.

neo elite design and features

Neo Elite is a line of dual density dildos from Blush Novelties. I own several and love every one.

The Neo Elite 9 Inch compared with the 6 Inch and 7.5 Inch With Balls.

From gargantuan to glow-in-the-dark, these dildos all have a few things in common:

  • Body-safe silicone
  • Double layered (plush surface, firm inner core)
  • Suction cup base
  • Vibrant neon colors
  • Terrible names (“7.5 Inch” “7.5 Inch With Balls”)

Collectively, the Neo Elites are probably my favorite line of factory-made dildos. If the shapes look familiar to you, that’s probably because some of the models are reused from other lines. They come in all sizes, from ultra-petite to goddamn.

The Neo Elite 9 Inch is on the larger end of the spectrum. As the name implies, it’s 9 inches tall. But because some length is taken up by a ballsack and suction cup, you’re left with about 6.5 inches to insert. Where this dildo really impresses is its meaty 2 inch diameter.

The Neo Elite 9 Inch posed to tower over the Neo Elite 6 Inch.

For comparison, the Neo Elite 6 Inch is the same width as the average penis (1.4 inches.) The Neo Elite 9 Inch is definitely intended for experienced girth enthusiasts.

The Neo Elite 9 Inch doesn’t have a g-spot/prostate stimulating curve, but it doesn’t necessarily need one. It’s sure to press/rub everything through sheer size. It does, however, have a flared base! That makes it anal safe and harness wearable.

All Neo Elites have softy, squishy outer layers of silicone. But the Neo Elite 9 Inch Dildo Inch is wider and thus has even more cushion for the pushin’. It’s just so plush. The surface is powdery soft and lightly textured with skin and veins detailing.

Peepshow Toys (who sent me the Neo Elite 9 Inch for review) carries this toy in blue and pink. Kinda tired of the gender reveal color themeing, but at least some of the other Neo Elites are green and orange.

our experience with the neo 9 inch

If you’re looking for big and textured, try the Mr Hankeys Dragon. If you’re interested in big and targeted (for g-spot/prostate stimulation), try the Uberrime Splendid Large. If you’re looking for big and soft, the Neo Elite 9 Inch is it.

I keep using the word “plush” to describe this dildo. But “plush” doesn’t mean squishy. The Neo Elite 9 Inch’s dickbone (the firm core) makes it more stable/consistent in use than the floppy Uberrime Bound XL. I can absolutely rail Buster (who tests big dildos on my behalf) without having to be as mindful about the toy folding over.

(I love squeezing this toy by hand and feeling the core beneath such a thick blanket of plush silicone. I really can’t emphasize enough how chunky and soft this dildo is.)

For all its visually detailed texture, the Neo Elite 9 Inch’s surface is mostly featureless-feeling in use. The head’s plumpness and the mild ridge of foreskin beneath add a lil somethin’ to every thrust. But the rest of the dildo’s shape is overshadowed by the toy’s sheer girth. It just fills you up and slickly, softly drags when moved.

Unlike other testicle’d toys, Buster does feel the Neo Elite 9 Inch’s ballsack bump against them. The balls don’t sway (you’ll have to look to the porous material Pipedream King Cock for that.) In fact, the sack’s base is made of the same firm silicone as the suction cup.

The balls and suction cup make for sturdy (albeit bulky) handholds. The suction cup seems to work just fine, although like all suction cups it’s picky about surface texture (think smooth and featureless, like shower tiling, rather than your painted bedroom wall.) It’s heavy so it slants downward, making it more likely to pop free with lots of tugging movement.

suction cup and harness wear

To be honest, I wasn’t sure about using the Neo Elite 9 Inch Dual Density Dildo in a harness. Normally if a toy has balls, I put an o-ring over them. But in my SpareParts Joque, it was comfier to fit the o-ring over the suction cup and let the sack drape out.

It’s a really hefty dildo. I was worried the suction cup wouldn’t be big or sturdy enough on its own. (It wouldn’t be the first big dildo to belly flop out of my harness.) To my surprise, the Neo Elite 9 Inch worked really well in my Joque. The suction cup is firmer than the rest of the toy, so it didn’t fold under pressure.

I enjoyed the novelty of having balls on display. Are they the prettiest? No. I think the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch’s plump little peaches or the Rentman’s textured sack are much cuter. But beauty is in the eye of the ballholder.

Curved toys are generally better for g-spot/prostate stimulation, but curves shorten shaft reach. As a fat person, I need all the reach I can get. Lucky for me, Buster isn’t invested in g-spot stimulation. The Neo Elite 9 Inch works great for us.

That being said, the Neo Elite 9 Inch’s straight shaft can be angled for for some mild g-spot massage, depending on how you use your hips. But if you want/need something more pronounced for strap-on sex, you should probably look at the Uberrime Splendid Large or SquarePeg Steve.

final thoughts

The Neo Elite 9 Inch – like the rest of its numerically named brethren – is one hell of a deal. This toy is a towering 9 inches of body-safe silicone, with a meaty 2 inch diameter. It’s dual density. The finish is soft and luxuriously plush. It’s got a decent suction cup and (at least in the SpareParts Joque) lets you trot around with a big ballsack.

And it’s only $45 USD. Blush Novelties is a major manufacturer, they can make toys on a much larger (and thus cheaper) scale than one or two employee indies like Uberrime or Closet Play Toys. Not everyone can afford intricate toys from indies, so I’m glad there are budget-friendly alternatives like Blush.

If the 9 Inch doesn’t meet your specifications, the Neo Elite line has over a dozen different sizes. You can get 10% OFF any of them (and your entire cart) with code BETTY at checkout.

Thank you, Peepshow Toys, for sending me the Neo Elite 9 Inch Dual-Density Silicone Dildo with Suction Cup in exchange for an honest review.

What’s a “couple’s vibrator”? Usually it’s something like the We-Vibe Chorus: a vibrator designed to compliment penis-in-vagina (PIV) sex. (The sex toy industry is pretty attentive to all things cishet, so there’s lots of ‘em.) But Wet for Her – a woman-run sex toy company […]
