Review: The Aliter Bent Knot Alien Monster Dildo by Uberrime

The Aliter Bent Knot Monster Dildo is part of a trio of alien designs from Uberrime. The Miksko and Xmeyk are more phallic than Aliter, which to me is more of a beckoning finger than a dick.

It’s probably that imagery that makes the Uberrime Aliter so interesting. There aren’t many sex toys shaped like fingers, despite fingers being such a sexually familiar – and thus titillating – shape.

My hopes for the Aliter Bent Knot were that its distinctive come hither curve would replicate the persistent g-spot/prostate massage of crooked fingers, but in a broader shape. I was not disappointed!

aliter dildo design and features

This dildo has a flared base, making it anal safe. If you want to use it in a strap-on harness, keep in mind it has a tall, ovular base. It fits in my Joque with a bit of finagling!

The Aliter Bent Knot Monster Dildo is just under 7 inches tall. It starts out with a pretty average diameter (1.34”) but swells out into what I consider beginner size queen territory (2” inch diameter.) That being said, the Aliter isn’t a fully round/barrel shape like most dildos, so that girth isn’t going to register as intensely. Especially since it’s made of soft, pliable silicone!

If you’re used to dildos with at least a 1.75” diameter (which is a smidge above average), I think you can size up to the Aliter. Just make sure you’re adequately warmed up first! Use plenty of lube and start the session with a smaller toy to stretch.

with the lust burster

Uberrime describes the Aliter Bent Knot Monster Dildo as having “bio mechanical musculature” in the same vein as sci-fi artist H. R. Giger. Giger is best known for designing the Xenomorph in Alien. (I actually have two versions of the Lust Burster Dildo, fellow indie maker Lust Arts’ take on Alien lore. So I’m obviously a fan!)

The Aliter Bent Knot Dildo starts with a smooth, knobbed head. It moves into a sleek-surfaced curve, with very subtle tucks and ridges. The shaft widens out (probably what Uberrime means by “knot”) and forms an abstract ribcage shape. Towards the base, the Aliter looks fleshier, with tight folds that disappear into the vulva-esque base. I love the braided ridges that shape the top of the base.

Depending on how you tilt your head, the Aliter could look like an alien finger, a crouching figure (like a highly abstract Chest Burster?), or a strange cock unfurling from a clitoris-topped cloaca. It’s freaky and I love it.

For SheVibe, Uberrime did the Aliter in a deep space marbling of glittery black, nebulous purple, and hints of silver. It’s slightly more subdued in coloration than the explosively blue Miksko.

our experience with aliter

When I polled Twitter on which of the Uberrime Giger-inspired alien dongs they wanted to see me review first, the Aliter Bent Knot Dildo won with 44% of the vote. That’s a big margin!

As it turns out, y’all know a winner when you see one. Aliter is the best soft silicone g-spotter we’ve tested. Even better, as intense as Aliter’s interesting shape and proportions might look, being both smooth-surfaced and squishy makes this toy easy to take. It’s also relatively small for a monster toy!

For comfortable insertion (and thrusting), don’t just shove the Uberrime Aliter in straight! Follow the curve: angle the toy down and rock up and in. You should be scooping/seesawing, not ramrodding.

The uniquely curved shaft that makes this dildo so distinctive works great with my partner Buster’s body. The toy curls in, angling the miniature doorknob head directly against Buster’s urethral sponge (the part of the vaginal wall where your g-spot is located.) The silicone is soft and the head is smooth, so it’s gentler than a firm fingering. When you thrust or clench or pull, the Uberrime Aliter yields to you – literally bending to your will. But it also provides pressure across a broader – and sleeker – surface than fingers.

For Buster, the Aliter is best used as a g-spot warm up toy. Something that just immediately slides into place and does its thing, but isn’t too intense about it. Once they’re closer to coming, Buster likes to switch to firmer fare (like L’Acier Capo or Le Wand Arch) or bigger bangers (like Dee’s Duncan) because they’re ready for more intensity. If getting your pubic bone pummeled on purpose doesn’t sound appealing to you like it does to Buster, you may find Aliter’s pliability ideal.

The Aliter Alien Bent Knot Dildo is more than just its impressively accurate g-spot (or prostate) stimulation though. There’s also its namesake: the ribcage-like “knot” that adorns the lower half.

After the deep curl of Aliter’s shaft tucks the head up behind Buster’s pubic bone, the toy swells out with muscle-ridged girth. Buster says the texturing here is noticeable (but mild) in use, adding a soft ripple of sensation. The knot is more of an oval than an orb, so it’s easier to accommodate. Then Aliter narrows in again, providing relief for your opening while your insides are plugged up.

That being said, Aliter’s inconsistent girth doesn’t feel as filling as its peer, the more dick-like Uberrime Miksko Dildo. But the comparative strangeness of its shape is the appeal.

“The Aliter feels really alien, like genuinely not human,” Buster pointed out after the first few uses. That might seem obvious – this is an alien dildo, after all – but so many fantasy dildos just feel like slightly weird penises in use. The Uberrime Aliter looks strange and feels strange, and that’s wonderful news for monster fuckers.

Buster and I both love the base. It’s more comfortable to grip than a traditional circular base, and the texturing makes it easier to grasp with lubey fingers. Aliter isn’t much larger than an average size phallic dildo so it’s just as simple to maneuver.

final thoughts on aliter

The Uberrime Aliter Bent Knot Dildo is no Unidentifiable Fucking Object. This toy is quite identifiable: it’s a g-spot stroking probe that’s out of this world.

If you’ve struggled with getting good g-spot stimulation from traditionally phallic toys, or you don’t like firm g-spot toys, the Aliter is well worth wishlisting. The come hither curl of its shaft is just effortlessly intuitive for my partner’s body.

with the splendid dual density dildo

Obviously, anatomy varies. But a good curve is generally the go-to suggestion for g-spot stimulation. (See Uberrime’s famous flagship toy, the Splendid Dual Density.) Aliter, unlike the stainless steel toys Buster’s been loving recently, is soft and flexible, with gentles its impact but makes it easier to use with different bodies.

Just keep Aliter’s unique shape and dimensions in mind when pondering your own trip to outerspace – this toy isn’t just a good fuck, it’s a strange one.

Thank you, Uberrime, for sending me the Aliter Alien Dildo in exchange for an honest review. I consider Marco (Uberrime’s founder) a friend, but that doesn’t influence my opinions of their toys except to give me additional insight and appreciation for the artistry. I still hate the Amo (functionally, not aesthetically.)
