16 years.

Back when I had a sick mohawk.

Today marks 16 years since Buster and I started dating. We were high school sweethearts, can you believe it?

Hilariously, we didn’t like each other at all when we first met. But eventually we stumbled into a mutual love of Harry Potter. Magic was an appealing escape for two very miserable teenage queers. It was such a core part of our relationship that I eventually proposed in the Leaky Cauldron (2016, pictured above.)

I’m sure fanatical bigot J. K. Rowling would be thrilled to know she helped two trans people (one of them autistic!) hook up and have 16 years of gloriously degenerate sex. Ta!

Our anniversary plans had to be canceled for various reasons, but you can help us celebrate by buying us a coffee or donating to Trans Lifeline.
