Their founding artist Marco sculpted the design by hand, creating unique ridges and suckers in clay that he then turned into a mold for silicone.<\/p>\n<p>It was also the first Uberrime model that stood out to me. It\u2019s so unique! The <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2018\/12\/20\/review-uberrime-splendid-dual-density-silicone-dildo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Splendid is\/was Uberrime\u2019s flagship<\/a> (and it deserves that notoriety), but as a <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/tag\/monster-fuckers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">monster fucker<\/a>, I\u2019m drawn to their weirder designs. In fact, the widest part of the shaft is only 1.4 inches in diameter \u2013 the average width of a penis (or 3 fingers tucked together.) The triangular tip reminds me of a squid\u2019s hat-like top fin.<\/p>\n<p>The Xenuphora\u2019s curved shaft is lined with fat donut suckers on the front and spine-like ridges down the back and sides. Instead, the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fthe%2Dxenuphora%2Dalien%2Dtentacle%2D6%2E75%2Dinch%2Dsilicone%2Ddildo%2Dby%2Duberrime%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Xenuphora<\/a> flares out with additional ridges that end in round little \u201cspikes.\u201d There\u2019s two larger spikes (one in front, one in back) for added flair (or maybe extra stimulation, if it lines up with your anatomy.)<\/p>\n<p>Uberrime chose a medium-firm density for the Xenuphora to help its texture stand out in use. They stick to rocky cliffs like anemones and use their vibrant colors to attract prey. It definitely works on me!<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s something distinctly psychedelic about how these bright colors are marbled. I love how the razor-thin ribbons of purple and green unfurl in drippy lines over hot pink. It\u2019s so <em>trippy<\/em>. Gunk gets caught in its suckers and divots. But like all silicone sex toys, cleaning it only requires some soap (we use non-scented handsoap) and hot water. Just make sure to swirl those suckers with your pinky to dislodge any debris! If you lack the dexterity, pop it into a pot for a 3 minute boil to sanitize.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"experiencing_the_xenuphora\"><\/span><i>experiencing the xenuphora<\/i><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking for a conventional dildo, the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fthe%2Dxenuphora%2Dalien%2Dtentacle%2D6%2E75%2Dinch%2Dsilicone%2Ddildo%2Dby%2Duberrime%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Uberrime Xenuphora<\/a> ain\u2019t it. It\u2019s nothing like \u201cregular\u201d dildos \u2013 but it\u2019s not like <a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/450qt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">other tentacle dildos<\/a>, either.<\/p>\n<p>My partner Buster (who <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2021\/02\/01\/when-you-risk-your-genitals-for-the-one-you-love-an-interview-with-buster-lebeau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tests all the insertable toys<\/a> featured on this blog) was surprised at how easy the Xenuphora\u2019s tip\/head was to insert. It\u2019s wider than the <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/30\/review-the-teuthida-tentacle-silicone-dildo-by-uberrime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Teuthida<\/a>\u2019s tip and has an angular flare, but it\u2019s squeezable and has a slick, glossy finish. Like the <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/30\/review-the-teuthida-tentacle-silicone-dildo-by-uberrime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Teuthida<\/a>, the Xenuphora\u2019s suckers provide a light pulling sensation as they bump and rub against you. The ridges are less exciting, but they still add a subtle massage to slow thrusts. Both create a lot of wet noises as you move the toy, as any good tentacle should.<\/p>\n<p>Buster likes to use dildos like <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fsilicone%2Dgrinders%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">grinders<\/a> sometimes, and says in their notes that \u201cthe suckers are more useful for rubbing off on than the ridges. The sucker nubs pop and drag really satisfyingly. But the ridges are all inset so it\u2019s just a vaguely unnatural surface to grind on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of grinding\u2026 we were intrigued by the longer spikes on <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fthe%2Dxenuphora%2Dalien%2Dtentacle%2D6%2E75%2Dinch%2Dsilicone%2Ddildo%2Dby%2Duberrime%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Xenuphora<\/a>\u2019s base. I was hoping that they\u2019d provide a little nudge\/tickle when fucking the toy. Sadly, they\u2019re purely aesthetic \u2013 at least for Buster. With the latter position, the Xenuphora\u2019s funky head curves upward and can provide some mild, tugging g-spot stimulation. (I say \u201cmild\u201d because the Xenuphora is pretty flexible; you won\u2019t be getting <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fnjoy%2Dpure%2Dwand%2Ddouble%2Dended%2Dsteel%2Ddildo%2Easpx&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Pure Wand<\/a> levels of intensity from its curve.)<\/p>\n<p>When thrusting the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fthe%2Dxenuphora%2Dalien%2Dtentacle%2D6%2E75%2Dinch%2Dsilicone%2Ddildo%2Dby%2Duberrime%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Xenuphora Alien Tentacle<\/a> sucker-side up, the head can sometimes \u201ccatch,\u201d folding the shaft over. When positioning the toy this way, Buster prefers to hold the base still and rock their body <em>onto<\/em> the dildo (instead of rocking the dildo into their body.)
