It has a plastic outer shell and lid that protects it from getting dusty between uses or being turned on accidentally. It\u2019s thicker at the base (as wide as a finger), and dips into a gently pointed tip. The Rim Joy\u2019s licks are rigid, robotic sweeps, just like the <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/23\/review-fantasy-for-her-her-ultimate-pleasure-oral-sex-simulator-by-pipedream-luxury-edition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">more cumbersome Ultimate Pleasure<\/a>. The tongue simultaneously vibrates for an added buzz of stimulation. (Unfortunately, this is not optional.)<\/p>\n<p>You will notice a slightly shrill robotic whirring in the demo video below. Sadly, that unsubtle (and frankly <em>grating<\/em>) sound is non-negotiable. The nozzle fits into a firm ring on the toy itself, and it\u2019s super easy to pop it on and off. The silicone is thin, so the nozzle is flexible and comfortable when pressed against my body or enveloped by my outer labia or butt cheeks.<\/p>\n<p>I prefer to use the Rim Joy without it because the nozzle just limits the tongue\u2019s angle and reach. But it can be useful, especially if you have limited mobility and need help placing\/steadying the tongue, or if you need a buffer to hold yourself open.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the licking function, the Rim Joy also has a button for self-warming. The toy\u2019s heat is in the center of the tongue, and unfortunately doesn\u2019t really spread any further. I wish it at least reached the tip, because it\u2019s a pleasant addition. You don\u2019t have to buy batteries, and you can use it in the bath. Being waterproof also makes it easier to clean, because you don\u2019t have to be afraid of how much water you\u2019re sloshing on it. Cleaning the Rim Joy is pretty straightforward, although there are numerous seams that need a swipe with a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/46ZmyaW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">soft bristle brush<\/a> or your fingernail to make sure you\u2019ve gotten all the gunk.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what_does_the_rim_joy_feel_like\"><\/span><em>what does the rim joy feel like?<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If you expect the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fcontrol%2Drim%2Djoy%2Dvibrating%2Drechargeable%2Dwaterproof%2Dsilicone%2Danal%2Drimmer%2Dby%2Dsir%2Drichards%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Rim Joy Vibrating Anal Rimmer<\/a>\u2019s tongue to be soft and yielding like an actual tongue, you\u2019re going to be disappointed.
