You can insert the bulbous end vaginally, which positions the spreader arm to part your labia for easier clitoral access. Because of its prevalence in lesbian porn made for men, many queer women decry it as \u2018fake\u2019\u2026 But plenty of queer gals and trans people do it <em>and enjoy it<\/em>. My partner and I generally don\u2019t, because it takes a lot of effort and I\u2019m old and tired. But scissoring is definitely a thing.<\/p>\n<p>Not tribbing inclined? The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetforher.com\/rockhertm-mini-scissoring-vibrator.html?rfsn=7503245.dabdde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">RockHer<\/a> is still useful. And I <em>probably<\/em> could have gotten away with reviewing it on those merits alone. But when the opportunity to review the RockHer arrived, I knew I was gonna suck it up and get scissorin\u2019. It\u2019s not even 3 inches long, and the bulb\u2019s diameter is only 1.26 inches. For reference, the average insertable toy or penis is 1.5 inches. Most people with vulvas\u2019 g-spot is located just a few inches in, so the insertable dimensions aren\u2019t a determent unless you want a feeling of fullness.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I would love if the bulb was bigger, but that\u2019s for scissoring reasons\u2026 and we\u2019ll get to that later.<\/p>\n<p>The RockHer is a firm toy. The spreader arm is juuuust flexible enough to bend with your body and not pinch while you wear it. The velvety-soft silicone finish gets linty, but the RockHer isn\u2019t a lint <em>magnet<\/em> like the <a href=\"https:\/\/bettybutch.com\/index.php\/2019\/03\/29\/review-ultra-bullet-rechargeable-20-function-mini-vibrator-by-femmefunn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ultra Bullet<\/a>. Because the power button is often inconveniently nestled inside your vagina (it\u2019s on the side of the bulb), the toy comes with a remote control too. The remote only has one button, which is a bummer. Give me a second button to go back a setting!<\/p>\n<p>Not a fan of the RockHer\u2019s pale purple? Sorry, friend \u2013 that\u2019s the only color it comes in. (Hey, at least it\u2019s not pink!)<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"how_the_rockher_mini_scissoring_vibe_fits_my_partner\"><\/span><em>how the rockher mini scissoring vibe fits my partner<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>People come in many shapes and sizes, and their genitals are no exception.<\/p>\n<p>If I\u2019m understanding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetforher.com\/?rfsn=7503245.dabdde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Wet for Her<\/a>\u2019s marketing, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetforher.com\/rockhertm-mini-scissoring-vibrator.html?rfsn=7503245.dabdde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">RockHer<\/a>\u2019s spreader arm was designed to encircle (enrectangle?) the clitoris. My partner\u2019s dick (their label for their clitoris) doesn\u2019t fit inside the rectangle. Instead, their dick perches right on top, leering over the frame like an owl on a fence. Their mons and outer labia are fat, and their inner labia is long and loves to party. But as long we\u2019re careful to arrange everything so nothing gets pinched, the frame actually works.<\/p>\n<p>Mostly.<\/p>\n<p>The spreader frame is thin and tiny, so Buster\u2019s thick labia tucks back over it. It\u2019s a partial spreading that mostly just exposes their vestibule (the space beneath the clit and above the vagina, where the urethra is located.) Their dick \u2013 stranded above the frame \u2013 remains buried by their pubic mound. But honestly? The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetforher.com\/rockhertm-mini-scissoring-vibrator.html?rfsn=7503245.dabdde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">RockHer Mini Scissoring Vibrator<\/a> works better than the handful of clamp-style toys we\u2019ve tried for labia spreading, so I\u2019ll take it. The bulbous end hugs tight against Buster\u2019s outer labia. But even if we part their labia by hand first, the bulb doesn\u2019t directly connect with Buster\u2019s dick unless we\u2019re simultaneously grinding on it. If you have an exposed clitoris or less fleshy labia, or if you don\u2019t need your vibrations bang-on, this won\u2019t be an issue.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"the_rockher_mini_scissoring_vibes_vibrations\"><\/span><em>the rockher mini scissoring vibe\u2019s vibrations<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A vibrator that\u2019s meant to stimulate two people at once needs strong vibrations. And the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wetforher.com\/rockhertm-mini-scissoring-vibrator.html?rfsn=7503245.dabdde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">RockHer Mini Scissoring Vibrator<\/a> delivers power. The toy\u2019s motor is located in the bulb; its hard, smooth-finished body carries vibrations pretty well. I prefer vibrations to be rumbly, which means thuddy and deep-reaching. The RockHer\u2019s vibrations, although strong, shiver on the surface of your skin and can be numbing or itchy to folks with sensitive vulvas. They\u2019re less annoying when Buster\u2019s wearing the bulb internally, or while scissoring because of the other friction involved. But just wearing the RockHer bulb side out? Not thumpy enough for me.<\/p>\n<p>This, obviously, is a personal preference. Plenty of folks are keen on buzzy vibes! (Buster says the RockHer\u2019s vibrations \u201caren\u2019t terrible\u201d \u2013 I agree \u2013 and have a little bit of rumble, so interpretation varies.)<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/shevibe.com\/rockher-mini-scissoring-vibrator-by-wet-for-her?rfsn=4817663.6e587d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">RockHer<\/a> starts gentle-ish, like a buzzier version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fnoje%2Dfauna%2Dmini%2Dwand%2Dstyle%2Dvibrator%2Dwith%2Dtwo%2Dattachments%2Dby%2Dblush%2Dsage%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Noje Mini Wand<\/a>\u2019s lower levels. There\u2019s a huge jump from the first and second setting. I\u2019d say it\u2019s somewhere in the same strength range as the <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fmagic%2Dwand%2Drechargeable%2Dcordless%2Dvibrator%2F&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Magic Wand Rechargeable<\/a>\u2019s first level. The third and final steady power setting isn\u2019t even close to the MWR\u2019s second setting.<\/p>\n<p>The 7 patterns are exactly what you\u2019d expect. Some blips, some ramp-ups, some gentle pulses.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"actually_scissoring_with_the_rockher\"><\/span><em>actually scissoring with the rockher<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Testing this toy for its intended purpose was a trip. God, I am so <em>old<\/em> for someone who\u2019s only 30.<\/p>\n<p>The easiest way for Buster and I to scissor is for one of us to lay on their back while the other squats over a thigh. Then we both kinda shimmy around until our vulvas are at a good angle. It works best with something under the laying partner\u2019s hips. (This is where a <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1624116&amp;u=3636866&amp;m=101452&amp;urllink=shevibe%2Ecom%2Fliberator%2Dsex%2Dwedge%2Dpurple&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Liberator wedge<\/a> would be indispensable. Alas, we\u2019re stuck with a squashed up pillow.) The wrong grinding angle and rhythm makes it pinchy, especially since Buster\u2019s dick isn\u2019t inside the frame.
